For the new Metro Air Park Distribution Center for Golden Brands, general contractor Buzz Oates selected UCD as a local millwork partner for a large, multi-area commercial build. UCD provided custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, and Corian® solid surface solutions throughout the facility. The project required a partner capable of supporting both public-facing and operational spaces under one coordinated scope.

Reinventing the landmark SMUD headquarters was no small feat. Up against a mammoth task of reimagining parts of the 177,000 sq. ft. building, the UCD team wasn’t just up to the challenge—we were ready to show the historic public works headquarters what we could do.
