UCD Expands with American Eagle Outfitters for the Aerie Store Program

UCD has supported American Eagle Outfitters for more than a decade, providing props and custom displays for visual marketing initiatives. As Aerie prepared to expand a new store design across new locations and remodels nationwide, UCD was selected as a key manufacturing and fulfillment partner. The program required a supplier capable of supporting continued growth at national scale.

The Scope

The Aerie program supports approximately 15 to 20 new store and remodel projects each year. The full-store fixture package includes more than 90 SKUs produced in wood, metal, acrylic, and laminate, including cash wraps, floor displays, dressing room fixtures, and other custom retail elements. UCD also provides warehousing, staging, and fulfillment to support individual store schedules

The Challenge

Supporting a national retail store program required more than manufacturing alone. American Eagle Outfitters needed competitive pricing, consistent quality, dependable project management, and the flexibility to coordinate multiple projects throughout the year. With more than 90 SKUs, maintaining consistency across materials, finishes, specifications, and production runs was essential

UCD developed an integrated program combining import manufacturing, dedicated project management, warehousing, staging, and fulfillment. Our team coordinates approximately 15 to 20 store projects annually, aligning production and delivery with individual construction schedules. This approach gives American Eagle Outfitters a single partner to manage production, inventory, coordination, and fulfillment across the Aerie national retail store program.
